Submit Preliminary Lien Information

Preliminary Lien Notification is an important and required first step for all projects. It protects our customers and gives assurance to the owners that all subcontractors and vendors are paid for completed work. PJ's requires this notification on all projects with material values over $1,000. We are also required to notify the owner within 20 days of receipt of material, your efforts in completing this form and returning to PJ's promptly is greatly appreciated.
