Cages and Caissons
Building cages on the job takes skilled labor, time, and money. There's a better way. PJ's can fabricate all shapes and sizes of hoist-ready cages for your project–from the smallest light pole to the largest cage or caisson. Our fabrication shop is prepared to precision-bend and tie your rebar to any specification. PJ's pre-tied cages and caissons are built in a quality-controlled factory environment that is fast, efficient, and more cost effective than fabricating at the job site. And computer-controlled rebar bending equipment ensures accurate fabrication for trouble-free construction. You save time and money.

Preform ties
Measuring and positioning ties is one of the most time-consuming tasks in building cages on the job site. PJ's has a better idea. We fusion-weld rebar ties every 6 or 12 inches on center in 10-foot sections. Delivered to your job site, there's no measuring and no need to tie every intersection. Just slide the bars in and tie them off. You can save 20 to 30 percent on tying the job, which means lower costs, faster completion, and better utilization of your labor.

Serpentine ties
Fabricating cages and caissons on the job site is labor intensive, time consuming, and costly. PJ's can help you reduce labor costs and speed cage assembly with our precision fabricated serpentine ties. Made to exacting specs with our European computer-controlled bending equipment, serpentine ties replace multiple ties with a single tie, saving you up to 30 percent in labor and assembly time on the job.
